Do you love Jazz? Music, history, and the whole experience is ready for you
to enjoy! A Fort Collins Jazz Experience is committed to bringing quality
jazz music and its history to Fort Collins. A week long set of jazz related
events and concerts build up to the weekend when Saturday's Downtown
Sessions brings jazz to the forefront. Two stages of free continuous jazz
jams from local and regional groups showcase Colorado's rich jazz talents,
Friday hosts a special jazz art walk, workshops are offered for musicians
and students, and late night jams sessions await you at this year's Fort
Collins Jazz Experience!
Downtown Sessions 2010 - Saturday Concert Extravaganza
The Downtown Business Association presents an all day FREE music event during the Fort Collins Jazz Experience weekend. Saturday, July 10, people can come a community celebration of jazz featuring 14 live jazz groups playing great live jazz music in Downtown Fort Collins. Two stages of music and more: The Old Town Square Stage and Oak Street Plaza Stage.

Shot from 1981 through 2004, artist, Joy Wulke's photography exhibit, "The Great Alone" documents the natural degeneration of the Bear Creek Schoolhouse in Two Dot, Montana. The effects are enhanced by installations of windblown silk and light receptive placements of bones found on the MacFarland/White Ranch where the schoolhouse resides.
